A permanent team of 5 to 10 people working for the network management and information. Volunteers develop training, advice before departure, accompany and follow the missions. Trainees develop new strands of action and form before their professionalisation. A job is a two employment employability. DSF stresses its social and solidarity in France and abroad, and encourages diversity in teams and shared experiences of each. Together, it is always better.
